BayFirst has served the people of Tampa Bay as an individual community bank, providing personal and commercial banking. Although they are known as one of the top SBA lenders in the nation, they pride themselves on being a true local bank for community retail customers.

Their strategy has focused around building national caliber services while staying true to personal service expertise. Furthermore, the bank’s dog-friendly policies illustrated an opportunity to leverage BayFirst as a lifestyle brand for their customers. Building on pet-owners’ love for their companions at all stages of life, a broad campaign was developed to raise brand awareness and position BayFirst as “the dog-friendly bank.” Featuring a robust media plan and creative developed entirely by B+L, tactics ranged from online to video streaming to out-of-home.
