From 1999 until 2009, B+L planned and executed a year-round, multi-faceted marketing communications program, which included broadcast and print advertising, a newspaper co-op program, public relations, industry relations, web content creation and promotions. During B+L’s 10-year tenure with the Department of Tourism, the total amount spent by travelers in Wisconsin increased by nearly 50 percent.
